I had a very poignant reminder of this just last week…
Two very loving people suggested I read this book. The moment I picked it up, it made me feel sick.
I knew it was not the path for me.
I realized that in a rush to get this ordered, I skipped my powerful process to know what is best for my body – despite what any expert or well intended person might suggest.
I have nothing against this book, perhaps you need to read this book, or maybe are being reminded to check in for yourself something of great significance.
The most important thing is to TRUST YOUR INNER WISDOM.
I’ve taught the process below to clients for years.
They use it to eliminate doubt and confusion and make all their efforts yield exponential results.
Some very practical applications are:
Hiring, firing, filtering out true potential clients from prospects, effective networking, buying a new property, dating, etc. With experience, they also learn how to use it to make the best decisions for their body.
The more you practice, the better you’ll get at it and trust yourself – even when faced with challenging situations.
- Detach yourself emotionally.
- Set the intention that you are going to check as if you are checking for somebody else. Get quiet and breathe into your heart.
- You will get a yes or no answer.
Alternatively you might feel contracted or expansive. - Trust the answer.
- Take action on it.

Even a few years ago, I wasn’t as strong and powerful in using my inner guidance for everything.
The chaos in the last few years has guided me to be diligent about tuning in (and of course sometimes I forget, especially when I rush).
